Rules of the competition

1. The registration form must be completed and can be found on the KBULG website or emailing admin@kbulg.org.au
2. Caltrop eradication areas are deemed to be verges, laneways and open public spaces only.
3. Address of caltrop eradication areas are to be registered with KBULG and a “before” photo of the area is to be supplied for evidence prior to the clean up.
4. You can register more than one “clean up” site (random site inspections will be conducted to confirm legitimacy).
5. An “after” photo must be submitted to KBULG by COB Friday 6 April 2018, to allow judging to occur.
6. The prize shall be received as stated and cannot be deferred.
7. There will be no cash alternatives.
8. The panel’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. KBULG and GNRBA reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
10. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when registering for this competition.
11. Entrants must comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
12. The prize winner will be selected by a panel and notified by KBULG and announced via Facebook – facebook.com/kbulg1
