Entries must be submitted on:
Thursday 9th November (3pm—6pm) – entry via side laneway (between the Federal Hotel and the British Arms)
Friday 10th November (10am—1pm) at the British Arms Hotel— Museum of the Goldfields
Winners of the competition will be announced at the Exhibition Opening Night
On Thursday 16th November
Exhibition closes on Sunday 3rd December 2017
Peoples Choice Award will be collated after the Exhibition closes and the winner will be notified by email

1. Entry forms and MUST BE SUBMITTED to KBULG on the designat-ed registration days.
Each person is permitted only one entry per category. Receipt of entry forms will be acknowledged by email.
2. ALL ARTWORK must demonstrate the re-use and recycling of waste, that would otherwise go to landfill.
3. ALL ENTRIES must include a brief description of the artwork, as well as a title, possible inspiration and materials used.

admin@kbulg.org.au
4. All ARTWORK must not exceed a size limit of: 2 dimensional – 2x2M and 3 dimensional 2x2x2m. Weight limit is 40kg (unless consultation has occurred with the curator).
5. All artwork must be delivered to the Museum of the Goldfields on Thursday 9th or Friday 10th of November 2017 —late entries may not be accepted.
